How We Use Information

  • To evaluate candidates for potential job placements.

  • To communicate with candidates about screening steps and potential roles.

  • To share candidate profiles with prospective employers only after the candidate has passed our screening process and is placed on our bench.

Data Retention

  • Candidate information and resumes are stored only until placement decisions are finalized.

  • After placement or if no placement occurs, resumes and personal data are securely deleted within a reasonable timeframe.

Data Sharing

  • We do not sell personal information.

  • We share candidate data only with vetted client companies who are actively hiring and only after the candidate has agreed to proceed.

Age Restrictions

  • Our services are intended for individuals 21 years of age or older. By applying, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Terms of Service

Overview

Push2Prod Recruiting (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) connects software developers (“Candidates”) with client companies (“Clients”) seeking technical talent. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Candidate Terms

  • Candidates must apply using a valid invite code.

  • Candidates must complete culture-fit and technical screenings to be considered for placement.

  • We do not guarantee placement or specific compensation amounts; final offers come directly from the hiring company.

  • Candidates may receive a 1% “Congrats Bonus” (paid by check) 45 days after starting a role, contingent on continued good standing with the employer.

Referral Program

  • Affiliates who refer candidates may receive 35% of the Congrats Bonus once the referred candidate is placed and has met the 45-day good-standing requirement.

Client Terms

  • Clients must enter into a separate written agreement before we provide candidate profiles.

  • All fees are subject to mutually agreed-upon contract terms; fees are not published on this site.

  • We guarantee all candidates are screened for both technical ability and cultural fit.

No Guarantees

  • We make no guarantees regarding hiring outcomes, speed of placement, or continued employment beyond initial screening.

Disclaimers

  • All services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

  • We are not liable for damages arising from employment relationships between candidates and clients.

  • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time; updates will be posted on this page.

Governing Law & Disputes

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.

  • Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable federal rules.
